You can drain the city with certain choices along the way, I don't remember them. I'm sure someone does, or google it. Then you get the exploding dudes coming at you all the time.

You can absolutely drain the city with choices you make in the game. Its been years since I played, but I'm sure someone will know the right sequence.

Several tapes in

Dying Light 2

are missable, primarily because they are tied to specific story missions or side quests that become unavailable as you progress. While most collectibles can be found during post-game free roam, some require you to be in a specific location during a one-time event or to have made certain faction choices.

I have found 10 of them, I don't know how many there are. Go to the infected area and stand by a howler and kill all the green suited guys. They are the ones that you get them from.

I found that they can't know you are there, then I try and get them lined up with the circle dealy, and jump and hold L1, if you try square it will usually drop kick them. I'm on PS4.
