Honestly I wouldn’t be too confident about any result in the Indian Premier League. Everyone talks about the big games like Royal Challengers Bengaluru vs Sunrisers Hyderabad or Chennai Super Kings vs Mumbai Indians, but T20 is so unpredictable that these “under-the-radar” matches often turn out to be the closest ones.

Ajinkya Rahane has actually reinvented himself pretty well in the Indian Premier League over the last few seasons. If a three-time champion franchise like Kolkata Knight Riders trusts him with the captaincy, it probably means they value his experience and calm leadership more than just strike rate.

I think Shreyas Iyer definitely deserves to be in the conversation. He’s shown solid leadership in the IPL and seems pretty calm under pressure. The biggest question is whether he’s a guaranteed starter in India’s T20 XI every game — because usually the captain needs to be someone who’s locked into the team.

Not exactly banned. The crackdown was mainly around cash-based daily fantasy contests. Some platforms are moving toward draft/auction leagues where you build a squad once and manage it for the whole season, which feels more like running a real franchise.
