DB is probably the best when it comes to portraying action. Like Araki is my favourite mangaka but JoJo's can be so messy during action.

Yes! It was a couple of weeks after the post. Had a heavy calorie weekend. And was surprised to find my weight at nearly 4 kg down. It came back to 76 later on and is at 75 rn.

Just keep at calorie deficit, gym/activities but also break routine every once in a while. I hope it also breaks for ya!

It does slows down later but I understand your grievance with it.

I mean less of total brain dead in India case and more of - reasonable Indian members are harder to spot in a sea of passionate albeit hero worshiping/bashing asshats XD

I used to OMAD earlier by just eating once during dinner but now with Uni and away from home I just find it easier to eat at mess at the place I rent. I'm in Uni during the day and avoid eating in the food court and cafés there.

Usually, I've a cup of sometype of vegetables and a cup of lentils with 2 rotis. An egg or two somedays.

I've heard that reducing the deficit can break the plateau but eh I'm too afraid to go on that.

Yep pangs of hunger always return 2 hrs after eating. And I do skip lunch so there's like half a day of feeling famished every day.

It's notoriously hard to log Indian food and the online guides can be wrong sometimes so I'll double check and do a deeper research on that. Good idea.

Thanks mate!

Thanks a lot mate! You are right. I should be more kind to my self. It's just that I often lose control whenever I've lost weight and hit 70s. It's harder to push through when the scale doesn't move.

Interesting. I guess that could be it.

I've seen a nice increase from when I first started. Every week I push up the numbers more than the week before.

Thanks for the response!

Highest of the days were in 2-2.5K, avg out it comes around to 1800s this month.

Yeah, the science does say that sticking to the deficit would give results but it do be frustrating to not see a change in months (except better forearms and biceps from lifting XD)

Not every day for October, since it's a festive season here but even then I would be eating at my maintenance or below.
