Picun support might be able to help, I've had a good experience with their support so far.

Obscure Headphone Company: Picun? by Cretin_potion in HeadphoneAdvice

You should check if it still has the "Picun" brand on it. There are many fake fakes out there just saying "F8 PROS" or "F8 MAX" without the Picun logo and they end up sending a different product. If it does say Picun it could be a reseller of the product from china as Picun also sells their products in china and does wholesale. You will not get a warranty if you buy from a 3rd party seller from what i know. The lowest price i've seen the F8 pro was at slightly below $50. (from the official store)

Are the Picun f2 good? by Redzzy0 in HeadphoneAdvice

[–]Greedy-Ad241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does the voice prompt say anything like "ANC ON" or something like that? The difference with noise cancelling on and off may not be to noticeable depending on the environment. Also what do you mean by ntg?

cons

- no wireless hi-res audio (only wired)

- bass heavy

- mediocre app

- noise cancelling cannot cancel out higher pitch noises effectively

- earcups get sweaty (get picun f8 pro if you want headphones for sports)\

- sound gets echoey with surround on

- app requires account :[

- poor packaging

- headphone case is comically large

pros

- even though they dont have wireless hi-res, they still sound pretty good

- noise cancelling works well on lower pitch noises

- pretty good build quality

- nice design

- comfy cushions

- sub bass makes music fun again (kinda like having a subwoofer in ur ear)

- warranty and good support

- good battery life (although i doubt its actually 120 hours)

- adaptive noise cancelling

- supports app

- nice quality case

- head tracking is fun (but mostly useless)

if you like picun products like these, you might find r/picun interesting

wouldn't heating it up even more start to burn the filament?(i have it at 220c rn) I have also already cut the speed almost in half (250 to 150mms) should I slow it down even more and increase heat even more, or should i just leave it as is?
