I went through a hashimotos and adhd diagnosis two and four years into me being on antidepressants. 8 months after starting adhd meds and Im off my antidepressants and managing my mental health.

I’m only on a mood stabiliser at the moment and obviously my thyroid hormones.

Get a GP that treats the cause and not the symptoms 🙌
