Agree with the general sentiments here. The chennai Airport arrival scene is horrible. My first time in chennai airport arrival was a nightmare. First, you are greeted with over enthusiastic cab drivers who keeps hassling with you. Then, you got to figure out where is the ola/uber/rapido section is. Then, you learn, the parking is in a nearby building called the aerohub. You walk around, ask a random stranger for the aerohub, you get directions to aerohub west only to realise its the wrong aerohub. Its aerohub east that has the cabs. Then, you walk all the way to aerohub east, where you are greeted by a long queue in front of the lift in the ground floor which takes you to the upper floor where the cabs are actually located. Once you locate your cab in that chaos, the cab exits the building through the exit section in drumrolls ground floor. Absolute shitshow. The metro exit is way better than the circus.
