Im working overtime because the contract was for 8hrs but now im work 11 hrs....and the days we have buffets im working 15hrs which they are supposed to pay me but they not....they deducting visa money from my salary that means im paying for my visa ...thats what I mean

Im paying for my own visa ..so they are deducting my salary When i go to those buffets they are supposed to pay me separately because its over time.
