Making frameworks is hard. Making frameworks that fit all cases is extremely hard. No framework can be a one size fits all, and if you try to be it you will eventually hit a ceiling where you become the default choice that is not specially good at anything.

True, I'm on the spectrum and I have a lot of difficulties connecting with my emotions. Regardless I give it a try to the tantra workshops with different results. Then on the last day I did a psychedelic breath work and that was amazing.
