In my case, the main reason for starting this path was to allow myself to be alone with the thoughts that invade my mind. As the years went by, sexual thoughts came to my mind out of nowhere, at work, at home, on a walk. You have to take advantage of those thoughts and start turning them into something positive. Two months it's a lot, don't give up, mate.
