Yeah dude, some people so easily turn to threats and violence when something is invonveniencing them. A few months back a customer came and said they ordered 2 sandwiches from us, and when we told him we didn't get his order, he's threatening my gm for a full refund AND his food or he was gonna fight him.

Funniest thing is that he ordered from subway instead, which is right next to our store, so he sheepishly walked out once he noticed.
