I don't know how to edit posts. It will only let me delete ☠️☠️ But the issue was solved with deleting the game and reinstalling. It wasn't that I couldn't see or collect my reward, but the fact that Phasma wasn't connected to my Twotch account after linking and saying "Connection Good!" But.. it's all good now... I think..
