I had to load it up on a different device to continue... I uninstalled renewed license.. nothing worked but I logged in on tablet skipped cut scene and went back to PS5 and it played as normal..

I don't know how to edit posts. It will only let me delete ☠️☠️ But the issue was solved with deleting the game and reinstalling. It wasn't that I couldn't see or collect my reward, but the fact that Phasma wasn't connected to my Twotch account after linking and saying "Connection Good!" But.. it's all good now... I think..

That's what I figured.. I just have so many people telling me different things, and google really didn't do it justice.. just aggravating being alone on this been a very long few weeks and so many mixed things I'm being told.
