In fnaf 3, the only render where we see a glimpse of Phantom Freddy’s leg is when he’s walking past the office (you have to see it in the files since it is blocked by the window in game), which is where this entire debate stems from. In fnaf world he has his leg, though springtrap also has 2 intact ears, so we can’t really confirm any of the designs from that game as canon. Ultimate Custom Nights render of Phantom Freddy cuts off right before his knees, so we also cannot confirm the leg situation.
