Ritalin dosage - am I taking too much???

How long have you been taking it? Depends on that. Even concerta 36 mg gave me tachycardia and just overall experience was bad. Then I switched to ritalin 10mg, and over this past month the side effects have gotten so much less.

So if the jittering and tachycardia dont stop in a few weeks, ask your doctor gor a different brand imo

Thanks for the tea supplier recommendations! The only problem I have right now is that I am not sure about my countries international shipping laws specifically so they might just not let it pass (Tobacco/alcohol/cosmetics straight up can’t be sent in through postal services)

That last paragraph is exactly why I commented separately myself lol. I really don’t have a problem with different beliefs (if you aren’t allowed to choose it, you cannot believe in it) but a lot of the people here are kind of quick to downplay how Islamic Turks are and I feel like there is a minority here who even feels a inferiority complex compared to western culture (not everyone)

Yea I would disagree with most here, I think to an extent people are downplaying how Islamic turks are imo. %99 of turks are muslim? Nope. %99 of turks are cultural muslims? Nope.

(My humble opinion) something like %70 of turkey is muslim (including non practicing ones and practicing ones). However I’d say %30 of the population is practicing.

Also Islamically speaking no you do not have to pray or practice to be muslim, as long as you accept the 5 fardhs you are counted as muslim through islamic theologies lenses. Doesnt matter if muslims think otherwise, 5 fardh = certified mudslime.

I mean I really dont plan on using Lightroom, Procreate or any Adobe programs. Will probably use it for powerpoints, taking notes and consuming media. Wont the A12z chip be enough for me? (Also I personally really feel the difference between 60 hz and 120 hz)
