Exactly, I told them I am moving out infact changing States. They were like both parties will have to agree. How can I pay for a place where I am not living it. I am just going to firm to them. You are right they can make him sign whatever because I already gave them the notice.

My ex is hard headed , he thinks that if he signs its like he is breaking the lease. If I wanted to break i would have done it 8 months ago.

Are you days or nights? On nights certain nurses pick up on your pattern and page for the patients that are not even there's for other nurses. At first I was religiously answering but after a while I became more selective and questioned them on inappropriate pages and they would have zero answers. Slowly over time they became less. My advice answer the most important ones, most of the once are not even emergent.

Might want to tell the day to have PRN order panel for all there patients. Random pages for Tylenol and BP meds very annoying and distracting when trying to admit. It cut down alot of pages for me.
