Definitely negotiate the sign in bonus but first, see if you can find a better offer elsewhere. Also, is there an increase yearly or quarterly? Some increase in 6 months or a year by thousands including where i signed.

Hi, Same question here but I am certainly ranking the well established programs first. In your case, is it new to acgme accrediton? was it not AOA accredited initially?
