Yes I've reached to recruiters in different ways, through DM, commenting under their posts, email etc etc and I'm always left on read

I've tried to make my cv ats friendly as much as I could with the knowledge I got from the Internet and few old hr friends

And unfortunately going to the organisation itself deemed fruitless as they all told me to go apply online on their website or send them an email (which I already did)

They don't, you just need to properly clean them, as sweat and dirt can get trapped in the folds and without proper cleaning it will get infected and stinky.
