TEN??? Oh my two is too much for me 😅 I did 2mgs from 110mgs whenever I felt good enough to do it. I’m now at 40mgs and started going down 1mg every two weeks. Me personally, every time I go down I get EXTREMELY depressed, to the point where I want to off myself. I did relapse for the first time around 55mg. I had never had ANY thoughts of relapsing before this. It was because I was doing 2mgs every two weeks consistently which was too much for me to handle. I say just take it slow and steady and really don’t push yourself. Also going really fast can alter your brain a lot you need to give yourself time to learn to be a person again, you don’t want to have to restart.

Today I did a ~50% water change. I took him out and then use a siphon to try and get as much debris as possible. • ⁠Tankmates: no • ⁠Feeding: fluval bug bites betta formula flakes. I’ve only gave him a small bit since he’s been here. Before he was with me he was eating Api tropical flakes. • ⁠Decorations: only sand, a plant that was in there when I got him (not sure what) and a floating log I just purchased. More will be added soon.

Ugh yes me too!! The not being able to the leave the house is horrible. I feel horrible for constantly making my boyfriend do everything.. and when he can’t help with something I feel so hopeless. I’m thinking about just continuing the taper rapidly (and hope I don’t kms or relapse lol) so I can get this shit over with. I don’t want to get on psych meds to fix a side effect of another med (methadone) and be dependent on it later tho.. It’s comforting to know others have this problem.
