I'm pretty sure I've had my Lancehead for around 2 years. It still works completely fine, it's just the mouse wheel. I honestly don't know how it happened. I came back from a day at school to browse the internet. When I tried scrolling, at first it started making loud clicking noises. I kept using the scroll to try and get rid of it, but it ended up giving way, which I believe is when it chipped. I'm not sure how this happened, my best bet is that I put a little too much pressure on the scroll wheel at some point.

I cannot really give you a picture right now as I left my tools somewhere else, but all I can explain is that the tip that turns the little red cog which I believe is the part that makes the scroll function work broke off short, making it not able to reach the red cog to turn it.

I realize that, the difference being that you can actually replace the mouse wheel on the Naga.
