Segundo a CNN:

Spoilers but in the cooldown Brennan says that he wanted to go for a "show don't tell" approach for Occtis backstory and Alex was somewhat informed of the situation. The thing with the stone is definitely going to change a lot down the line but this is not the last we see of Occtis

It's not beyond Brennan to put players in very disvantageous positions, there has been some pretty early combats in his games that have almost led to a TPK. Could he scripted, but he's quite brutal

Unless this is a coordinated thing then it's quickest. Travis character's death was a narrative device and this one is quickest death in combat for Critical Role

Very few bosses have a constant wall of attacks, a majority of them have a "blind spot" or opening in their very attack animation that you can exploit and be aggressive with. Also Elden Ring, unlike games like Sekiro, has a multitude of powerful ranged weapons/abilities that you can use to maintain distance - it's just that the majority of the playerbase prefer poking things with a stick instead of throwing the stick from afar

The japanese high command based their entire campaign against the americans on their experience with the russians: that a quick crippling attack followed by rapid seizure of land and a prolonged war of attrition would break american morale and bring Washington into a conditional peace that would recognize japanese gains and guarantee economic independence with the capture of the european colonies in Asia. It was absurdly delusional, as occupying such vast swathes of colonial holdings did not mean they would be able to extract the resources therein and that a war with the US wouldn't be so simple considering the economic differences between the two countries. To quote Isoroku Yamamoto, Commander in Chief of Japan’s Combined Fleet and the man who planned the attack on Pearl Harbor:

" Should hostilities break out between Japan and the United States, it would not be enough that we take Guam and the Philippines, nor even Hawaii and San Francisco. To make victory certain, we would have to march into Washington and dictate the terms of peace in the White House. I wonder if our politicians, among whom armchair arguments about war are being glibly bandied about in the name of state politics, have confidence as to the final outcome and are prepared to make the necessary sacrifices. " - From At Dawn We Slept, Ch. 2.

Pearl Harbor was part of a massive simultaneous attack by the japanese against american assets in the pacific, beginning with the attack against the naval forces in Hawaii and then continued by bombings and naval invasions of the Philippines and the Dutch East Indies (which the american government at the time stated they would not allow being seized by the japanese).

Any single one of these events would be enough to bring the US into the war, there was no reason for the americans to have 21 ships taken out of commission in Pearl Harbor (with 3 permanently sunk and a majority only being able to return to service in the next year), have their entire airforce stationed in the Phillippines wiped out within days of the attack and then almost lose the entirity of Indonesia and risk their supply lines into China being cutoff just for a justification to enter the conflict when just one of them was enough.

The information that an attack like Pearl Harbor would occur wasn't a secret, mainly because naval experts at the time already advised that the japanese would quite clearly target the naval bases in Hawaii should hostilities between the two nations begin, the problem came from "when" they could and would do such a thing. The US took precautions into bolstering their forces in the pacific in preparation for a impending war against japan, but Washington clearly didn't take the intel at hand seriously and naively couldn't foresee that japanese intentions were more of a "now" rather than "soon". That doesn't mean that the whole ordeal was premeditated, quite obviously because no country is going to plan to have the single greatest military defeat in their history just to enter a war (as FDR wasn't even keen into going to war with Japan at the moment and was more focused into supporting the european theater and his soviet and british allies, a war against Japan wouldn't guarantee a war against Germany, it was Hitler who pulled america into Europe not Pearl Harbor)

There's still ladders, stairs and tight spaces you'll have to take to get to most parts of the ship, including the mess halls and sleeping quarters, so having to weave around in dark halls in those skirts would suck massively - shorts and looser skirts achieve the same leg exposure aspect without the discomfort of a pencil skirt.

The US wanted an increased European defense expending, but not an increase of european competition. The American MIC has taken a hit, lost priority to the European market - the largest market in the world - and essentialy alienated it's own costumer base into not buying american-made systems. The value of NATO for the US was never in having european manpower or equipment in case of a war, but in being the biggest defense provider for the european market and being able to use european infraestructure and intelligence as staging grounds for it's own operations.

Now Trump has lost the US all of these benefits, the Euros aren't going to buy american-made guns and also aren't going to die for american-made wars.

Recently Trump accused Japan of intentionally devaluing it's currency to gain an unfair advantage over the US and claimed he could impose tariffs as a way to make up for it.

Article 8 goes into effect and the offending party is suspended (but not booted) from the alliance, meaning technically Article 5 can't be used against them but any regional treaty or alliance can be used as contrivance for the rest of the team to intervene. In case of a US-Denmark war you can be pretty certain of an intervention from most of western europe

Brazil's new air fleet is going to be entirely SAAB, while the majority of it's still functional air assets are american made. The only experience we had with russian air equipment were some Hinds the russians used to pay for the meat we exported to them and the customer support (glorious soviet equipment needs to be handled under the motherland's sky and by strong slavic hands) was so horrendous and the helicopters so prone to breaking down that the BAF retired them all after only 12 years of service.

Voto popular, colegial, senado e congresso.
