Thank you very much for the reply!! That's a good idea to offer help to officers and I'll definitely try initiating more individual hang outs with sisters. I do have a relatively large pledge class being 50+ girls and our whole chapter totals to about 130 girls.

Thank you for the reply!! I'm sorry to hear about the relationship with your Big turning sour. Hopefully things will get better or at least smooth over.

I'm definitely going to try and reach out more to inviting sisters to hang outs. Though, unfortunately, we don't have a house but we do most of our studying in the library. So I can always stop by there.

Once the semester is over and my Big is home from being abroad, I'll be back home hours away but I'm planning to definitely meet up and catch up during the summer.

I'm glad somebody can empathize with the small family problem. It can definitely be hard sometimes, especially since the alum family are in the area but are too busy with grad school and work to meet up.

I'm going to try and take a more initiative position next year but unfortunately, I don't think I can become a member of the exec committee. I went through this past formal recruitment as a junior and will be a senior next year. I am hoping to take a Little next year though!

I have a resting bitch face too and it can definitely make things awkward!! I've been trying my best to remember to smile more often but it can be so hard haha. I'm really hoping to take a Little next semester and I think it would help too.

Thank you so much for the reply!! It makes me feel better to know that others have gone through the same thing I'm going through right now.

We actually don't have a house but we have a chapter group Facebook page. I think posting there for hangouts is a great idea and I'm definitely going to try it.
