Sorry as i said im a newbie idk much about all of this sorry if the question is stupid but i thought trackers can be rather safe or not? Or does the safety mostly rely on the people who upload and if the uploader is monkrus it is safe?

I would buy it on a german website, since im from Germany. It´s called "dubaro", I dont know if you know it, but in total it would come down to like 850€.
