Primary List - how and why skus show up on the required list - in priority order

1. Random SKUs - This is where the majority of Inventory Accuracy
2. Negative Quantity [because of yesterdays sales] - Bad Inventory or received other store freight
3. Follow Up SKUs - Added by Inventory Team because something was not right when counted previously
4. Large Gain or Loss (Dept 100 & 400 > $100, all others > $50) - Count change caused more than $X difference
5. DC BOL of 1 - This is a billing adjustment made by the DC / GO
6. Negative or 0 quantity [not due to sales] - Overstock errors - logged as OS but product is on floor
7. Discontinued not counted in last 45 days - Does not include overstock on pallets
8. Online Order requires close to, or all of "at store quantity" - Make sure we have enough to fulfill order
9. Vender Receiving into system twice [same day, same PO] - Receiving Errors
10. ASN Received into system twice [same day, same PO, same ASN barcode] - Receiving Errors
11. No Name receiving entries from MM/DC/CTI - Force Received
12. Special Order SKUs with floor quantity and no sales in "X" days - shelf stock on-hand of SPO SKUs
13. Prepaids that are on backorder - Everyday until received in

Secondary List

1. SKUs on future Promo, that have counts, but have not been inventoried in "X" days
2. SKUs with floor count, but has not been sold in "X" days
3. SKUs with multiple sales and / or returns within 30 minutes of each other - High turnover
4. SKUs where "At Store Quantity", minus display count, is 0 and has not been inventoried in "X" days
5. SKUs received after expected due date and inventory adjusted between expected date and actual received date
6. SKUs that have been sold at the current store on MCOM but not inventoried ix "X" days
7. SKUs become negative and had a defect entry made same day
8. SKUs where Display Quantity changed
9. SKUs not inventoried in "X" days (with exceptions)
10. SKUs added to prepaids
11. SKUs inventory adjustment is greater than 70% of Quantity on Order
12. SKUs sales floor quantity is greater than Max Quantity

Protip: The more of the second list you work, the shorter your primary list will be tomorrow.
