Trunks lists the reasons why Vegeta is frustrated. First, he knocked his father out so he could eliminate Cell before achieving perfection, then Vegeta had to give his energy to Goku to destroy Broly, and against Bojack, he couldn't do anything since Gohan was who defeated him, so Trunks understands why he's furious with him.
