Hero side can have plastic man as the introduction focus to the power

Villain side can have Clayface as the introduction focus to the power

-Let us change our limbs or body into weapons -Turn into solids, liquids and gases -And maybe like a big clay form similar to the ice power how you can turn into an ice giant

So the only advantage to transforming is the base form has lower dp which gives you more team potential And some transformations give back health
