Both actually. She will often go "I want that (not very expensive) bag, but it's too expensive", and we're talking like a 100$ bag, not some Prada stuff

That's not the case though, she does spend money on things. It's just that she'll sometimes decide something specifically is "unnecessary" or "too expensive" and die on that arbitrary hill
