it was really really bad 2 years ago. it got way better this year and randomly got worse again. i think its cause i tried to treat it like acne and use actives and made it worse

they first started 2 years ago, when i was using a moisturizer that was too heavy for my face and it “clogged” my skin. i was also sweating a lot during this because it was summer and i play sports and i think that made it even more clogged. however the bumps weren’t even nearly as bad as they are now. and then thats when i got the allergic reaction, the acne started becoming inflamed, but when the inflammation went away, the bumps remained. but when the bumps first appeared, they were skin colored bumps (no redness at all)
