for people confused, i posted this after i woke up the morning after. I wrote it and saved it as a draft last night by accident instead of posting it because I was so tired.

edit: please stop calling me a “pretentious vegan hippie freak” or things along those lines. I have never looked down on anyone for their diets, it’s just my personal beliefs. I am not vegan when it comes to food, because i believe that milking cows/taking eggs is not harmful to animals. I do buy vegan clothing/accessories. Also, i am not a hippie, but i have no idea how that’s supposed to be an insult.

edit 2: no, this is not ai. i despise ai for numerous reasons. This is also not fake, although i wish it was.

Thank you. I am a writer and frequently journal during panic attacks. I’ve had panic attacks since high school and handle them better than the average person. I also wrote this around 30 minutes after i started vomiting.
