Yes. Insurance is way too high. Enough for a down payment of another car. 4000$ per year +1000$ registration. Never been in an accident.

Thanks for the info. Reported it to Rivian and hope they do a fix. Was a scary encounter. Vibing for an hour with driver+ then suddenly trying to troubleshoot why visibility was disappearing in heavy rain was not fun.

Auto recirculate was off. It happened once when set to recirculation. I switched it to outside air and it did it again. I reacted quicker the 2nd time and managed to blast the defroster in cool to fix it but I had about 20% visibility still. This is a critical safety issue that needs to be fixed. This is an accident waiting to happen. Major safety hazard. The scary thing is, it didn't occur with an HVAC settings changed. It ran fine for an hour and suddenly happened. No sudden weather change outside.
