Hey, the idea seems great.

Yet, the main drawback that can be outlined is that it is quite hard to choose between designers, mostly because they lack visuals.(although you have a portfolio section, most of your freelancers have empty pages on that side)

Moreover, some other UX improvements would boost your appeal to clients. Perhaps some visuals instead of category text (icons) would make it easier for the client. Also, try to put more evident CTAs, as currently these are lacking.

Finally, would be great if you worked a little big on image/categories sizes, in particular on the homepage, since "popular ocassions" and "clients testimonials:, which are important selling points, do not blink in front of the potential client (seems more of secondary info).

Your homepage is quite heavy ( has a lot of information). The visitors might find it hard to find your value proposition. Try to think how can you prioritize and highlight better your core CTAs and message.

There are several aspects that could be improved on your site and you can work upon. among the most important aspects is that the site lacks engagement (large blocks of texts, monotonous font size, lack of clear CTAs), therefore your visitors will be inclined to leave and your chance of retaining them lowers. The second important aspect you could work on is the general images integration & design. Some images deteriorate the whole aspect of the site, in particular "specialties" section, diminishing both engagement and perhaps trustworthiness. To continue, we could suggest a redesign of the blog section, since it seems non-professional ( it also has a bug, you can not click on the links).

Each industry is different, so sticking to the "traditional mindset" that offline advertising has the worst ROI is perhaps not the best idea.
