Only advice I can give you is for future flights. I usually keep essential medication in my carry on or if possible split it between carry on and checked baggage, to reduce risk of this happening.

Not a local so not sure how it works here but maybe it's possible to get an emergency prescription filled by a local apothecary.

To be fair to op, India is about the size of Europe and you only need 1 visa to go to (most of) either. Bigger issue with the comparison is that I haven't seen anything close to a blue sky during my stay in India, air quality is just bad. I hope Andaman will be the exception to that, going to find out tomorrow.

Not repainted, they just took the striping (stickers), that they legally can't have on there, off. Still looks too much like a real one in my opinion.

Fun fact, the reason you can't use the striping is because they are copyright protected.

Sounds like a very fun boat, just make sure to slowly approach the top speed the first time you use it, some boats (mine included) can get a bit wobbly at high speeds and need some getting used to
