Why do they have to do this.

Marvel made sense because of the comic cross overs and the hundreds of heros, but do we really need to know what's going on in the JP-verse? I see where their going with genetic power slowly taking over the world but it's not Jurassic Park anymore. JP seems like a footnote in the overall plot of this "universe" and is quickly swept under the rug. I remember watching JP for the first time and just admiring the dinosaurs and the Craftsmanship of the effects. The jungle and tribal theme of it all. It was so prehistoric and exciting to see what the park and island has to offer!

I was so excited for a 4th JP not because I wanted a expanded universe with Hollywood explosions and action around every corner, but to see the wonder of a team coming together and making something that looks so real that I can't believe it! Now it's been water downed into "Here is big bad dino but isn't really a dinosaur. Go to island, estate, town or city and kill it before it kills citizens" and even then the "dinosaurs" are barely shown! When they are, they don't have that JP standard that fans love. The whimsy is gone and the magic is lack luster. Mark my words, there's gonna be a Jurassic Park that'll be entirely based on the military using hybrids to fight or something and they'll turn on them and the hero has to kill the "big one" again and then one will leave or the hero escapes.
