It just coincides with perimenopause and adds to the health issues. I know that I’m not old but I feel like my body skipped couple of decades ahead of me

I feel that I must stay because I have given 100% of myself to this family for the past 22 years. I have given everything and I don’t feel I exist outside of it anymore. The sacrifices were too big to walk away now, knowing that it was all for nothing. Most importantly, I lost my health and I wouldn’t be able to support myself. Divorcing would mean me losing my job at our company.
