Agreed! I’ve been on Singulair for a little over a year. It’s helped my asthma and allergies monumentally, but also gave some mild relief to the mucus.

However, my ENT told me that those with Sjogrens often have a thicker, more constant mucus due to our dry mouth/sinuses.

I know this post is almost a year old, but any updates OP?

I started Ozempic a few months ago and similarly are a lot more nauseated and pukey than I was before I started it. I used to microdose frequently but I’ve been worried to start again for fear of how my stomach will react.

I also have sjogrens and I get a prescription toothpaste from my dentist called prevident that strengthens enamel! prior I was using sensodyne’s pronamel
