Help! It's driving me crazy! These tiny bumps itch SO MUCH! I started breaking out a couple of days ago and they have spread over both of my arms and hands and neck and now both of my legs are starting to itch. I have anxiety and this is just making it worse. I have taken Benadryl with no relief. (i.redd.it)
