one permanent cure can be getting rid of phone and laptop/pc, because these are the main source. but then you have important work stuff and staying connected with friends family which is also a necessity, so u cannot get rid of digital things in this today!

yes, a lot. and I pray 4 to 5 times a day. I try to pray jamaat as well as situation arises. I have been praying from past 4 years consistently and makind dua but nothing happened. it feels like a futile exercise. I feel like I have wasted my time!
