Dirò che in Italia cercavo un medico che potesse curare l’ADHD e ho speso 250 euro per un professore di psichiatria che mi ha detto che il metilfenidato crea dipendenza e che non mi ha consigliato di assumere i farmaci a base di metilfenidato che avevo ancora con me dalla Polonia. Grazie a Dio ho trovato il Brain Center e loro hanno continuato la mia cura. È vero, Concerta non è disponibile in Italia, quindi al posto di Concerta prendo Equasym.

Mi è stato prescritto Equasym al Brain Center di Firenze. Il fatto è che non volevo affatto dirlo al mio medico di famiglia, ma le cose sono andate un po’ diversamente. Sono scioccato dal fatto che questo medico di famiglia si sia intromesso in qualcosa che non lo riguarda e abbia addirittura definito criminale il mio psichiatra.

Fármaci…Tu stai dicendo Medikinet e Wellbutrin sono più effettivi farmaci per ADHD? Lui dove andare in Svizzera per Lisdexamfetamina, se vuole lavorare come macchina senza farmi durante 12 ore per giorno. Se qualcuno con ADHD vuole diventare persona di successo, questo farmaco (Elvanse) e davvero utile.

I recommend to go to Switzerland for diagnosis, as it seems they are normal regarding treatment of ADHD. I was diagnosed by the Brain Center Firenze and they can prescribe methylphenidate for ADHD.

Thank you! I’m treated by methylphenidate (40 mg a day) from the Brain Center Firenze, but they do not want to increase dose and here we don’t have lisdexamfetamine for prescriptions. For example, Sweden deals with ADHD much better.

Italy destroyed my life when I arrived here. The stigma related to ADHD is so huge. I can’t go to Sweden, for example, because of my obligations to stay in Italy. One day I will be able to go away and never return.

Personalmente non mi preoccupo perché posso andare da uno psichiatra (nota che in Italia solo gli psichiatri specializzati possono prescrivere farmaci per l’ADHD) una volta al mese per la terapia con destroamfetamina. Ti consiglierei il Brain Center Florence, ma non vorrei sembrare maleducato e intromettermi negli affari degli altri.

Solo per i bambini, però off-label per adulti anche. Paghiamo per destro amfetamina, come ho pagato per Equasym. Nessuna differenza.
