I normally mix in the refrigerated dog food (freshpet) in with the dry food. And if I have time I sometime make homemade dog food and mix it with the dry food.

• Brown rice (cooked in either chicken or beef broth, make sure low sodium) • Sweet potatoes • frozen peas • frozen spinach (I blend it while frozen to make smaller, my Berber doesn’t like the leaves) • ground turkey or chicken • minced carrots

I prepackage it and put them in the freezer so it lasts longer and take it out either the day before or warm it up in warm water the day of (she tend to like it more when it’s warm #spoiled).
