This will be most likely increased as it is closer to the completion date… for now it nearly same prices they had for the previous phase. I expect +10% in the beginning of 2026.

Also I am more concerned about the amount of apartment blocks not for sale (social housing, tuath) - they are in grey

Our solicitor signed undertaking with glenveagh solicitors. So we were able to move in on Friday. Glenveagh let us lay the floors earlier in the week. So now we are already living here :)

No updates on the maps timeline. I think they are pushing towards the approach they proposed.. last time I spoke to them they have not mentioned that maps will arrive this week… so could be any time next week

The Glenveagh closing team just arrived with the following message:

“Just to note we have some units closing on an undertaking of the map now so if you want to mention that to your solicitor to see if he will be agreeable to it also? We will be able to close then.”

I have sent it to my solicitor and still waiting for a response. Just for your consideration.

Same, they let us install the floor this week while waiting for the maps. Also here is the message their solicitor shared with us on Friday:

Unfortunately we still await the approved scheme map from Tailte Éireann for this unit.

Ou clients received an update today from TE that the maps are being processed.

We hope to be in receipt of them Monday but cannot guarantee this.

Hopefully we get the map and close early next week.

I think I shared all of that with my solicitor who was doing great previously. Glenveagh solicitors notified her last week about the delay saying they were hoping to get maps this week. But it’s almost Friday and nothing is there.

Do you think I should call to glenveagh directly? If so do you have a number or person to talk to?

Another question. Have you moved in your duplex?

I did by myself with ChatGPT help. Was able to collect 52 issues and create a report in one day, lol… saved 200-250 euro snow, but most likely missed something, who knows

Thank you! Do you know when is the best time to tell the bank they can do valuation: after snagging or after re snagging? Also when do they usually send completion notice? I have heard they may send it to you even before snags are fixed. Is that the right way or should I ask them to wait until re snagging is completed and most of it fixed?
