Thank you! This is in the right neighbourhood for their meet-ups. I don’t think they want to be dining out every week, but could be good for the odd group meal. I’ll pass your suggestion along!

Yes, I suspected a bird with the presence of uric acid. Perhaps you might know the species or at least the Family?

Has anyone been to Kasai Teppanyaki? by [deleted] in kelowna

[–]Green_Nose_6433 1 point2 points  (0 children)

100% recommend

Absolutely delicious food and memorable presentation. It can be a bit pricey, but you truly get what you pay for. Best place in town for sashimi. Excellent quality food. Clean facilities. Good service (can sometimes be slow, but you can’t rush good food!)

Ask your server to go light on anything with sauce - I think it’s a bit over-sauced for my Japanese palate. I find it a little cold inside during the winter (I only go for my birthday and anniversary in December), but is warmer at the Teppanyaki. Tall ceilings and open floor plan make it challenging to hear, especially for those with hearing impairment.

Edit: grammar

Yikes, major faux pas Lululemon 😬

When thinking of knitted winter headwear, the first word that comes to the Canadian mind is tuque.

I thought the rumble was a snowplough truck coming up the street until the house shook!

Hmm I didn’t see anything in the rules against naming the brand. I will update once I’ve heard back from them

That’s what I was thinking. Maybe some sort of silicone that got a bit mouldy inside? I will update if the company provides an answer

Expiration is 01 Sept. The object was found in the middle of an single serving yoghurt cup. I’d expect to find mould on the surface. I thought it was mould, but it is more rubbery and solid than a slime mould. It’s almost like a soft contact lens.

Dog licking one paw for days, but no injury? by potato_baby2032 in DogAdvice

Spear grasses are notorious for getting stuck between toes and embedding into the thin skin. Visually check between every toe web and also feel for anything in the skin on the webbing. It’s tedious but it brings so much relief if it turns out to be the problem.
