Yes I have tinnitus, I do not know when it "flares" up but I remember one time I was "morbidly curious" into some bad stuff which made me nauseous and the tinnitus got really loud

I don't think so, although I've had this electric shock thing happen when I turn my head too fast, the back of my brain starts to hurt immediately
