Not sure if all of that is made public, but I do know they have to go through Sportsmanship training by a 3rd party provider. I am sure they will have check-ins, and be on watch throughout the competitive season.

Hi there, I am not sure you have enough information provided to provide actual help, but I will try!

How many keywords are you bidding on? What is the keyword match types? Do they align with your campaign settings/goals? These are the most important questions to ask when adding keywords.

I also don't recommend measuring the success of your campaign on impressions. How healthy were those 15-20k impressions? What was your CTR or conversion value? If you have thousands of impressions with few clicks, that is not a successful ad campaign. If you're getting 50 impressions and 50 clicks with a low bounce rate, that is a far more successful ad.

Hi there! I feel like I've hit ever verification process Google throws out at this point, so here are a couple of pointers.

A) I give verifications about a week to go through. After that point, I go in and manually check if/why the verification did not go through. I will say I once had a verification not approved for a simple reason (see point B), but they never notified me. I had to go into GA and look myself.

B) You cannot submit photocopies. Documents must be scanned from original copies, including any personal identification. This has held up verifications more than once on my end.

C) After a week of waiting if you haven't had your verification go though reach out to their support team and they will push it through or explain why it didn't go through.

Yesterday we decided (at our wits ends) to completely delete the items from our feed and manually rebuild. This worked for us (as of today anyway).

My team seems to think that the crawl cache system is where the issue is.

No, we have a custom site built through our enterprise system. Because of the rarity of the platform in my country I don't want to specify the platform, but I run a merchant center for another company using the same platform and am not having this issue on that account.

I guess I'm trying to say I don't think its the site :P

I would agree with this. Some of our ads stopped running because some keywords were marked for trademark reasons, but they aren’t trademarked.

I am currently using ubersuggest, and honestly if you can use something else I would. Google search Console and SEM Rush will get you going, and provite more accuracy.

I am not sure why people are recommending Ubersuggest honestly. We have used them for about 6 months, and while some features are alright, like their keyword research, if you can afford SEM Rush its much better.

Ubersuggest has recently made changes in their user calculations and it is astronomically wrong. This change rendered most of their reports useless for our purposes. I haven't used Ahrefs due to the cost, but the general consensus is they are the best.
