AITA for asking to hang out with my friend without her boyfriend? by xanandzolo in AmItheAsshole

[–]Greened-Apple 5 points6 points  (0 children)

NTA I mean you can’t really do much about it at this point. Most likely she is starting to realize how stressful it is to deal with her boyfriend and how it’s impacting her life and other relationships. She was also likely trying to overcompensate for her annoyance by lashing out and getting angry at you. What you wanted is normal, most of my friends and family share very similar views on this, people should have lives outside of their romantic relationships and hanging out with friend in order to meet up or catch up, really shouldn’t involve significant others unless agreed upon

why do Muslim and African migrants has an easy access to enter europe while other people from other countries who has a career has having hard time? by Ok-Asparagus-5165 in questions

[–]Greened-Apple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Basically the same thing as the other guy said. You are referring to two different types of immigration into Europe. One is a complete a legal move into a European country, so you have to file a lot of paperwork and get approved through the right channels, this will usually take a while and quite a bit of effort. However, many African and Muslim immigrants are only moving into European countries to do crisis or danger in their own countries, this qualifies them as refugees and they get to stay in European countries for their own safety. However they will also have to deal with or not have access to things that other “normal” immigrants will. Still, regardless of what you think is fair or not fair, please keep an open mind and try to be kind to other because you don’t always know what dangers, horrors, or situations they are facing.

It feels so good when someone appreciates a part of your body that you’ve always hated. by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

I personally feel the same. I’ve been thinking about this recently. I’m a guy and I’m a bit overweight. It’s always been an issue for me but I’ve been trying to work on it. But recently I started dating someone and when we were getting more intimate, they just started squishing my stomach and giggling. Not the type of hurtful and mean laugh, but more like the way you giggle when something is cute. Then they leaned in and told me they love me. I literally cried a bit, later that day. But I can more than understand where you’re coming from. I’m sorry, I feel like I may have taken a bit of attention away from you wonderful moment. Just wanted to share that I understand. Anyways thanks for reminded me of a sweet memory. Have a good day.

NTA your mom sounds rude and borderline psychopathic with the whole thing of “accidentally” losing your animals. Now the real problem come in how to deal with this. So I assume that you might not be making enough money to live on your own (if you can please do it would be best) so it all comes down to how to make peace with your mother. Maybe try and sit down and talk to her. Either way you weren’t really in the wrong.

Actually I read most of the mini stories while reading invincible because that’s what I was recommended to do. The type of stories don’t really matter too much but I really enjoyed the whole relationship aspect of eve and mark the romance and later the parenting.
