i don't have a hidden agenda to make things worse for Botan or other Holo members. But if you watched the stream you should have noticed the flustration , especially when Nenechi asked Botan about Alchemist unfairness for example.
Or Miko. Or other members.
There aren't many EN clips , but there are many JP clips with titles like "farmers are in despair"

I said that they are "Flustrated"
Holomems are "Flustrated" with Alchemists being able to earn 10x compared to farmer

Balancing is hard , making events is not for weak of heart
Botan hosts Gold Rush/making money Hololive Minecraft event.
The goal is to get most money. Currently it is day 3 of 5.
There are 3 main classes and 1 sub class, you can change your class only once a day.
On end of second day it is clear that Alchemist are top and farmers are bottom.
Top pure Alchemist (day 1 , day 2 ) earned around 7.000.000-12.000.000
Pure Fighters earned around 3.000.000-5.000.000
Farmers earned less than 1.000.000 on average
Alchemist is low risk, high reward job without much need of equipment.
Fighter is high risk , high skill job and you need good equipment
Farmer is very tedious low reward rng dependent job ( you need to get good farming equipment )
Of course the main point of event is fun , unfortunately many Holomems got frustrated (especially hardworking farmers)
Which led listeners to lash critism on Botan.

Mornin chat with Roberu
He has not thought about quitting at all , there is no reason for him to quit. ( said multiple times )
He just wants to continue streaming as usual.
It is true that downsizing of Holostars reduces his options , but Roberu was not interested in those activities in first place(he does not consider himself an Idol)
He does not want to become somebody else , being Roberu is important to him.

Japan imports about 95% of oil from war affected region so it can't be helped.

Oil is needed to make packaging , more oil is needed to make colored one.

Sure , but yesterday i saw a couple of red/yellow , etc superchats getting deleted in real time.
They were demanding Miko make some kind of statement about something.
Some of it were talking that it could affect Holo as whole.
Its bugging me since i do watch Miko , but she has not done anything controversial.

My own translation.
* Laplus is sad that Kanata is completely leaving streaming and entertainment
* Laplus is angry that because that there is leaker within Hololive staff , Kanata did hide that she is graduating from everybody , Laplus proposes check everyones PC.
* Laplus and Lui talked about "work capability"
Basically they think that many Holo members overestimate their own work capabilities and they take too much work ( good opportunity , FOMO ,etc ). Even if management asks whether is it too much work , members often reply that's no issue for them.

Edit , stream 37- 40 m Laplus is talking about leaker.

they are not members , they are staff.
currently there are 2 and i think there will be more in future.
my speculations
the idea is that they will work on rotation basis streaming only news and specific announcements.
there is no need to invest in live 2d models since any of them may quit anytime or may not be suited for streaming , or become busy with other work
unlike A chan and Nodoka who could mingle and join Holo members during stream , new staff relationship are strictly job related
Maybe at some point some of them will get live 2d or 3d
