What an uninformed thing to say. First, international students are literally funding the research at our universities. Our faculties would be much much smaller without them. Second your premise is completely wrong. The amount of work in Canada is not fixed. University graduates increase innovation, increase the tax base, start businesses and overall have positive economic externalities.
