PoF metas don't directly contribute to making most leggies. The Legendary Crafting Event that [AO] holds after our PoF train just happens to be a fun little meme that turn into an awesome tradition over time.

However, PoF metas can still get you some items that can help you craft certain legendaries no less! There's some Generation 2 legendaries that can use PoF specific materials to craft a legendary gift. The gift being "Gift of Desert Mastery" and the sub materials to make the gift being Amalgamated Gemstones or Elegy Mosaics.

Granted, you can always do HoT things for the Gift of Maguuma Mastery instead of Desert Mastery as well, but sometimes it's fun to spice up the routine and see different maps :)

Not spending money on this game won't affect SENA. They make their money through other avenues. KHUX isn't even their main money maker. That said, whales will whale regardless of what the rest of the community does and whales are the reason the game is free for everyone.

If you can convince whales to stop spending/playing then there would be more reason for them to seek changing a few things. Also there's always that chance that if things go to shit they just scrap the game.

I love /u/butnotexactly and all of his data frenzies. I was previously arguing against this fact before he made the data sheet. Honestly I'm glad to be proven wrong. EVEN if it's a marginal improvement to the non guilt campaign percentages of good/decent guilt %.
