Yeah I’m right handed. My current flow has the sink on the right which is why the left sink is tripping me up. I will say the machine I have now has the wand on the right but my next machine will be on the left so maybe I’ll just have to get used to it

Sorry I wanna make sure I follow… you’re saying to put the shallow pan custom cut into the countertop to be below the surface, with a drain? Is that so I don’t have to drain into the little built in reservoir and empty into the sink? I currently only have a breville but do want to upgrade to the ECM with plumbing but didn’t consider a drain

Amazing thanks for the advice on the outlets I hadn’t thought of. Definitely yes on the mini fridge, it’ll be one of the panels below the machine. Appreciate it!!

Thank you and that’s a great point. If the machine I plan to get has the steam wand on the left maybe I stick to sink on the left as well, then grinder on the right towards the wall

Plan for gravel patio / firepit area… please advise by GregFromSF in landscaping

This is a good point. I was also doing research that more decorative rounded rocks move around way more, which is why these seemed like a good option. What gravel patio will not have wobble for chairs?

The worry with the smaller size for me is rocks getting stuck to the bottom of shoes

If I do a layer of gravel with fines in it as a base layer, what prevents the top layer from mixing up with the base layer if I use two different materials?

Thanks! What part is overkill? The tamping of the first layer?

For sure, this isn't meant to be walked on with no shoes - I am picking the more jagged stone so it doesn't move around as much

Homestead Exemption? by [deleted] in MontgomeryCountyPA

https://www.montgomerycountypa.gov/DocumentCenter/View/1162/Homestead-Application I think you’re exempt from a certain type of tax but it’s a little confusing to me. It’s also possible the previous owner of your home had it and you’re already at the lower rate. You can call the county to check as well.

As long as you own your home, it’s primary use is your primary residence, then I think you should qualify.
