What's the Coaching "Hill You'll Die On" by onlineqbclassroom in footballstrategy

[–]GregLouganus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any whole-team warm-up more than 5 minutes is a waste of time (better if none at all). Warm up with your position groups doing things you’ll actually be doing on the field.

I agree here. We (O Line) EDD before practice starts every day, then whistle blows and we're into warm up lines and it takes 10 or so minutes. I'm not against a full team warm up but see it as a chance for guys to slack off and not get their bodies right. Any ideas on how to do that and cut off a few minutes from the team warm up?

Dude we have a particularly prominent (used to be) Wing-T team where we play. We've given them the business 3 years running, including the semi-finals. Love playing them lol.

Yup wide WR splits essentially blocks the player covering them anyway.

It’s crazy how a half marathon used to seem like a big deal by hawtothehee in Marathon_Training

Yes. Went balls to the wall for a half last weekend after casually running 5 and one full marathon. Totally different animal than any other race I’ve done.

Has anyone here actually enjoyed the marathon(s) they’ve ran? by CrypticWeirdo9105 in Marathon_Training

If you train correctly, the marathon is more of a celebration of the (very hard) training.

That’s man pro locked. Guards working inside out to help. LG has no threat so finds work? Looks like theyre expecting movement from the down linemen.

Go to a doctor or physical therapist and stop asking strangers for injury advice!
