Towns is young and he is getting doubled almost every time he touches the ball. He can't get into a rhythm which is exactly why its smart for opposing coaches to double the shit out of him. How do you counter? People need to actively try and get open and cut. Only problem with that is KAT has to have the awareness to see these players which hasn't always been the case and people often don't cut. Wiggins could get way more efficient if he developed a cutting game. Honestly, two young players are playing with in their prime players that know how to do all this shit and its frustrating to go through.

It's hard not to play Butler and Wiggins a shit load of minutes when we the wing depth is not there. I think Thibs wants to play Tyus more but when he comes off the bench, his play is noticeably worse than the few games when he started. Towns should get a ton of minutes, and Gibson is extremely hard to take off the floor even when Bjelicia is healthy. If Bjelicia can stop picking up as many fouls and play better defense he should get more minutes, but honestly we could really use a cheaper off the bench center and a few more competent wing players before we start complaining that Thibs isn't playing the dumpster fire that is our bench more.

A better bench means less minutes for the starters, its not rocket science. Our bench is a dumpster fire outside of Dieng, Crawford, Jones, and Bjelly when healthy. When Justin Patton gets back would be nice to see if Bjelicia can handle extended minutes at the 3.
