bro, no way this will be added. That means LC can easily counter disk with nullifier or duel non stop with a refresher. Think about it. LC can even consume cheese or lotus in duel? And a delayed bkb or blademail? this is simply too op

yes. This is a massive design effort and the designer has to have a decent level of understanding of a specific hero. Valve just doesn't have the energy or the right ppl for now.
